4. 냄비에 볶은 재료 옮겨 담은 뒤 쌀뜨물(1컵) 넣어 15분~20분 정도 끓인다.

후춧가루(½t), 소금(½t), 카놀라유(2T), 파절임(20g),1. 뼈등심(300g)에 후춧가루(½t), 소금(½t) 뿌려 밑간한다.
2. 팬에 카놀라유(2T) 두른 뒤 뼈등심 등 지방 굽는다.
3. 뼈등심 앞뒤로 굽는다.
4. 뼈등심 먹기 좋게 썬 뒤 다시 굽는다.
